GWC is governed by the Organizational Bylaws and managed by three principal entities, namely:

• Board of Directors, led by a Chairperson;
• Executive Committee, led by an Executive Director; and,
• Advisory Council, led by a Senior Legal Adviser.

GWC works a range of partners and stakeholders on the following four areas. We develop, deliver and evaluate projects in a collaborative process that seeks fresh ideas, new insights and general views from different sources.

We are dedicated to incorporating the vision, needs, and capabilities of our partners, stakeholders and beneficiaries. Our programs and advisory services are designed and delivered using innovative strategies and data-driven processes that empower human capital and knowledge, embed technological advancements, and nurture a culture of productivity.
