GWC is a multidisciplinary practice that specializes in program development and project advisory services. GWC was founded in 2018 to fill research and program development gaps, design, develop and deliver programs, and provide specialized project advisory services to a range of partners and stakeholders. The GWC team has decades of industry knowledge and experience providing high-level program development, project management, and project advisory services to a range of partners and stakeholders.

GWC has worked with a range of partners, including: civil society organizations; public sector entities; U.N. agencies; international NGOs; research and think-tank organizations; academic institutions; independent media agencies; and, the private sector. GWC supports organizations and companies realize their best potential to achieve tangible results and exceed organizational and program goals and expectations. 

GWC staff bring a wealth of experience, knowledge and skills to augment the organization’s international work in post-conflict and fragile contexts in Sub-Saharan Africa, providing new research, insights and innovative strategies to help partners and stakeholders navigate and develop streamlined performance. Our work is carefully tailored and informed through a consultative process, supported by research and data-based analysis that informs strategic planning, program design, development and delivery.
